I’m Nora Goodwin, a personal trainer, Pilates, and yoga instructor from Ireland, now based in Downtown Vancouver. With a BSc in Public Health Nutrition and an MSc in Sports & Exercise Nutrition, I bring a science-backed yet human approach to coaching — blending structured strength training with mindful movement to help clients move and feel their best.

I’ve always been passionate about fitness. Growing up playing sports, I learned early on how empowering movement can be — and after years of working in gyms, I realised that the most rewarding part of my job isn’t just seeing physical progress, but helping people enjoy the process.

My coaching style is intentional, adaptable, and encouraging. I’ll challenge you to get stronger, but I’ll also meet you where you are — adjusting your training when you need support, recovery, or just a reminder of how capable you are. I believe the best results come from consistency, balance, and enjoyment.

I work with clients of all backgrounds, from those new to strength training to experienced lifters looking to refine their technique or rediscover motivation. My goal is for you to leave each session feeling stronger, more capable, and a little happier than when you arrived.
